Prior to her current occupation, Katrin has held management positions in two of the largest Estonian companies. She was a Regional Branch Manager in the Union Bank of Estonia and a Customer Service Manager in the Estonian Energy Company (Eesti Energia AS). ![]() Katrin Aedma She has developed a wide variety of projects such as "enhancing customer service quality " which covered selection and placement of staff, development support for costumer-based products as well as the introduction and implementation of service support systems. In the field of coaching and motivation, Katrin has developed both counseling and certification systems and held lectures on internal regulations, quality management and data processing. Katrin holds the 2004 Estonian Management Quality Prize. In the field of Customer Service, Communication and Personnel Management, Katrin manages training programs for organizations with scientific, cultural and industrial focus. In addition, she has supervised several seminar papers and lectured at Mainor University in Estonia on Service Psychology, Public Performance and Presentation Techniques. Katrin is experienced in Consulting, mostly aiming at creating and implementing personnel management policies by using brainstorming techniques, as well as in Teambuilding Training. Katrin has been a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) since 2003, she was Vice-President with the JCI Toompea Chapter in 2003 and Vice-President of JCI Estonia 2006. Her JCI Trainer level is IG (International Graduate) since 2009 and ITF#134 (International Training Fellow) since 2010. Katrin is a member of EAL and IFJ - International Federation of Journalists. |
