Prior to her current occupation, Katrin Aedma has held management positions in two of the largest Estonian companies, worked as leader from 1994 and as lecturer and coach from 2000. She has developed a wide variety of projects such as "Enhancing customer service quality" which covered selection and placement of staff, development support for costumer-based products as well as the introduction and implementation of service support systems. In the field of coaching and motivation, Katrin has developed both counseling and certification systems and held lectures on internal regulations, quality management and data processing.
In the field of Customer Service, Communication and Personnel Management, Katrin manages training programs for organizations with scientific, cultural and industrial focus.
Her main training areas support personal and organizational development - self-examination, teaching and coaching, creative thinking, personnel management (personal branding etc), team building, public performance, customer service, organizational culture and presentation of ideas of management, E-mail etiquette, time-management etc. In addition, she has supervised several seminar papers and lectured at Mainor University in Estonia on Service Psychology, Public Performance and Presentation Techniques.
Katrin is experienced in Consulting, mostly aiming at creating and implementing personnel management policies by using brainstorming techniques, as well as in Teambuilding Training. She is educated to run competence development needs analyses; build up different kind of courses and learning programs by herself and with specialists; teach, assist and supervise specialist-coaches; support departments in adopting effective learning strategies; build up the inner learning systems and produce different procedures.
Katrin is educated as a manager, studied international business, HR and quality management, worked with different nationalities and has been giving trainings as a communication trainer and trainer of trainers in different countries (Nederland, Spain, India – Kerala and Goa, Norway, Iceland etc). Katrin has been a member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) since 2003, she was Vice-President with the JCI Toompea Chapter in 2003 and Vice-President of JCI Estonia 2006. Her JCI Trainer level is IG (International Graduate) since 2009 and highest possible level as a trainer ITF#134 (International Training Fellow) and honorary lifetime member since 2010.
