Ralph Eckhart is a self employed Interim Manager, managing change- and
turnaround projects for technical companies. He holds a degree in
mechanical engineering as well as an MBA. Ralph Eckhart
Ralph "has seen the industry", since he held
management positions (permanent and ad interim) in over ten companies, mostly
manufacturers of high tech equipment,
ranging from small businesses to fortune 500 companies. His references include
well-known companies such as MAN Turbo, Hilti, Sauber Petronas Formula 1 and
Porsche. His expertise
ranges from R&D through production and logistics to sales and turnaround
management.
Born
a german citizen in 1965, Ralph moved to Switzerland in 1999. He manages his own Zürich-based service company Interim Management Eckhart.
Ralph has been a JCI member since 2000, being
quite active on an international level.
He has been a
Certified National JCI Trainer since 2005.
Ralph is also a crazy and versatile Sportsman.
He is the senior world champion in Indoor Rowing 2006, 2007, 2008 - one of the physically most demanding forms of sport.
For more than 20 years, he has been a leisure time ski instructor. Ralph currently teaches rowing as perfect way to stay in shape in a very efficient way. While his personal workout takes only 3 to 4 hours a week, he still manages to stay at top athletic level, internationally. He is determined to pass on his knowledge of how this can be achieved to everyone who really likes to know.
